Gentle work with your energy centres and with what is ready to find a new place within you.

Illumination draws on the shamanic understanding of our energy centres, often called chakras. We begin with a theme or experience that is present for you, and make space to sense what is connected with it.

I work with the intention of releasing energetic imprints and opening to more light and balance in your own experience. For me, presence matters as much as the method itself: that you feel met and have room to be part of what is happening.

How I work

We reflect on what you experience and explore which insights you would like to take with you. Your own understanding and integration have an important place.
