Do you know that forgiveness is an act of kindness you give to yourself when you’ve been through hell? forgive those who made you wrong forgive yourself for not being strong ask for forgiveness for your own “crime” for giving your loved ones a hard time don’t be too proud for expressing your regrets out loud your loved ones will also be relieved true salvation you will achieve let all of your projections be eliminated let all your darkness be illuminated by forgiving yourself and others we are all sisters and brothers there is profound healing in forgiveness you go from separation to oneness when your heart allows you to forgive you rediscover the reason to live
